Return, Refund & Warranty Policy

At Aiyisheng Global Flow, we are committed to delivering high-quality wellness products and medical therapy devices. Please review the policy below carefully before completing your purchase.

No Return / No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or dissatisfaction after purchase, unless the product is confirmed to be defective and covered under the applicable warranty terms.

Once an order is confirmed, it is considered accepted and non-refundable.

Singapore Customers

Warranty Period

  • Device Warranty: 3 years
  • Battery Warranty: 1 year

Warranty Support by Period

  • First Year:
    Free repair, including shipping costs to and from the authorised service centre.
  • Second & Third Year:
    Free repair; shipping costs are borne by Aiyisheng Global Flow.

Warranty service will be provided only after inspection and verification confirm that the issue falls within warranty coverage.

International Customers

Warranty Period

  • Device Warranty: 3 years
  • Battery Warranty: 1 year

Warranty Support by Period

  • First to Third Year:
    Free repair; shipping costs to and from the manufacturer or authorised service centre are borne by the customer.

Warranty service will be provided only after inspection and verification confirm that the issue falls within warranty coverage.

Regional Warranty Terms

Singapore Customers
Within the warranty period, if the product fails due to non-human-induced causes (manufacturing or material defects under normal use), the purchaser is entitled to free repair or replacement, subject to assessment and approval by the manufacturer or authorised service centre.

International Customers
The same three (3)-year warranty coverage applies for non-human-induced defects. However, all shipping costs to and from the manufacturer or authorised service centre shall be fully borne by the customer. Repair or replacement will be provided upon confirmation that the defect is covered under warranty.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper handling, or negligence
  • Unauthorised modification or repair
  • Accidental damage, water damage, or impact damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Free gifts, consumables, or non-original components

Warranty coverage applies only to original product components.

Legal Notice

Aiyisheng Global Flow reserves the right to inspect, test, and verify all warranty claims before approving repair or replacement. This policy is issued in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, and all statutory obligations will be honoured accordingly.
